Installation
1. Mount the sensor on the monitored equipment using the supplied M8 stud mount or magnetic base. 2. Connect to PoE switch or insert the battery pack. 3. Power on the VSP-GW1 gateway and connect it to your local network via Ethernet. 4. Open the gateway's web interface at its DHCP-assigned IP address. 5. The gateway automatically discovers sensors on the local network. 6. Assign each sensor to a monitoring point in the web interface. 7. Verify the gateway shows a green 'Connected' status for the update server.

1. Remove the sensor from the gateway's device list via the web interface. 2. Perform a factory reset by holding the reset button for 10 seconds (LED flashes red). This erases all stored credentials, network configuration, and cached measurement data. 3. For the gateway: export or delete stored measurement logs, then perform a factory reset via Settings > System > Factory Reset. 4. The devices can then be safely disposed of or repurposed.
